What if I go over my included minutes?
We email you at 80% and 100% of your included usage. Calls don't cut off — overage is billed at the end of the month at the per-minute rate shown on your tier. You can also set a hard spend cap in account settings.
Do you charge for the time the agent thinks?
No. Voice minutes are wall-clock minutes from when the call connects to when it ends — the standard way telephony is billed.
Can I bring my own telephony + AI accounts?
Yes, on Pro and above. Each tenant can connect their own keys via the Integrations panel; we meter usage but don't charge you for the underlying tokens or telephony.
What about HIPAA?
Enterprise tier signs a BAA, runs field-level encryption on PHI, and meets retention requirements. Reach out for a quote.
Cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of period. We don't pro-rate refunds. Annual plans are non-refundable but discounted 20%.
